Chronology

Hello everyone.
I hope you are all well and warm and dry.
The weather here in Glasgow is trying to clear. I do wonder however, what that shiny thing is in the sky?

Yesterday on WOYWW I showed the Chronology items from the Docrafts Goody Bag and said my task this week was to make something with it.

Inky and messy is really not me and so here is my attempt.

I distressed the Craftwork Cards blank with Aged Mahogany, Brushed Corduroy and Shabby Shutters Distress Inks.

I then distressed the paper from the pad with the same inks plus a little Peeled Paint.
I stamped the clock in Versamark and put clear embossing powder on it. I also stamped the wee cogs and put some Antique Green Mica Powder on them for another layer or texture.

I stamped the large Urban Stamp on white card and embossed with silver.
I coloured the Craftwork Cards sentiment with the Distress Inks again and added the cogs with Glossy Accents.

I am not sure about it, but I think I'll keep trying cos it make grow on me.

Thanks for looking and please any advice gratefully received, along with your wonderful and very kind comments.

Hope you have a good day. I'm off to do the dreaded ironing :-(
