Hello everyone.
Hope today finds you happy and well. All ok at ours, Stevie's holiday almost over, so will have the house back when he goes back to London for a few days. Is it wrong to want him away for a few days (bear in mind he's worked away 2-4 days a week for 11 years) ?
I have lots of my tv shows to watch on Sky+ !!
Mum is doing grand though starting to get restless as she's a real one for going out and about. Will take her out on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Dad is being himself which means he's causing trouble! LOL
Anyway enough waffle from me, you're here for the crafting not the gassing!
I made this card using LOTV It's My Party. We've all seen this tantrum haven't we. It's such a cute image. I love it.
I used Bo Bunny Sophie papers, Craftwork Cards blank, Scallop Circle Nestie and Persian Accents die cut in half and arranged behind the scallop circle.
I coloured her using Promarkers and Copics as always.
That's all from me, as no babysitting tomorrow we're in the pub! Woo hoo.
Gorgeous card, this is also one of my favourites , I love the way you have layered your die cuts. xx Flora
ReplyDeleteThis is fabulous. I do love this image and your have coloured her beautifully.

ReplyDeleteSo good to hear everything is getting back to normal for you. Lets hope it gives you more time for crafting.
I love this card it reminds me so much of my daughter when she was younger, we used to call her Stroppy Poppy. Bless her she will be 19 next month where does the time go?
I love your colouring with the pro markers and a really good choice of papers

This is so funny and cute Alison, it looks just like my granddaughter at times!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you parents are doing well, and no, it's not unnatural to enjoy having a few days just to yourself! My husband used to go off shore fishing, and sometimes it was quite nice and relaxing. Of course, knowing that they will be back is what makes it relaxing and okay to have them gone for a few days. That's different than when you lose someone forever.
Alison, I enjoy reading the 'personal stuff' going on in bloggers' backgrounds. It helps to sort of get to know each person. Glad your folks are doing better. This is the cutest image, and you really created a stunning card with it. Great idea to split the background S/Binder to create a mat. It certainly set off your scallop one, and drew the eye right to this little imp. Marvelous coloring too. TFS & have a great week enjoying your 'Me' time. I can totally identify with that. Hugs
ReplyDeleteOhmygoodness!! Just LOOK at that pouty puss!! Love it! Wonderful card and beautifully colored. You do such fantastic work!
ReplyDeleteHee hee . . . fab tantrum of a card! Love how you decoupaged it. That's patience for you!
